Andersen Narrowline Balance

Hi, looking for the correct replacement for an Andersen Narrowline window - manufactured circa 1983. Attached pic shows the following data...

E72 9#31 10 83
11600-17

I believe the window to be model #2852 double hung. Visible glass width in each pane is ~ 28.5" and height is ~28".

I think Andersen calls out a 1031 or 1033 replacement.
