Andersen Narrowline sash balance

Question

as my luck would have it the numbers on my window balances dont seem to match up with any new units posted  I want to be sure to order the right ones so I'll provide the numbers which are stamped on the ones that ive got.  left side # 519 2  J67 0394 and right side # 519 2 J94 0394

Thanks for posting. I think the key stamp here is "519." Could that be printed differently than all the other numbers? Perhaps it's a little bigger? If so, I recommend our 24-531, which can replace Andersen balances marked with 24-531. If you want to confirm, though, take a few pictures of your stamps so we can see what you're working with.
