I am trying to locate this window part and have already purchased the incorrect one from the Andersen website. I think it says C-9400-1B

Hey, thanks for reaching out. This operator looks like our Andersen 39-264. Check it out and see what you think. Keep in mind that if your window was made after 1999 you will also need the 39-362 adapter plate.
