Andersen Operator Issue

A home owner from Fort McCoy says:
We are looking for an Andersen EZ Split Arm Operator / mechanism for an Andersen window. The # on the front is C-9400-1A and the number on the back is F-9400-8. The distance between the (2) furthest holes is 4.5". Can you lead us in the right direction for the correct replacement part? Respectfully,

Attached is a pic with dimensions.
The main difference from the 39-264 is the distance between the (2) furthest holes is 4.5".

Any other questions, please let me know.

DelThank you.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Thank you for contacting us. Was your window made from 1995 to 1998? If so, you may need our 39-362 adapter plate. Look it over and let me know what you think.
