4 questions:

1. What is the best replacement for the window latch attached? The back "catch" piece is not flush / level with the front and tilts toward it

2. What is the best cover for replacing the operator cover shown (and shown missing).

3. The operator shows will OPEN the window when cranked clockwise. When cranking counterclockwise to close it, the operator drive screw and handle just back out all the way.

4. I have 4 cranks missing the turn knob on the end. What is the best replacement method and part?

Thanks for posting. Looks like you have Andersen windows. The sweep lock in your first photo looks like a match for our 90-095, but you should carefully review our dimensions to confirm.

The operator's gears have been stripped out, based on your photo and description of the problem. You need an all new operator, probably across the board, I just don't know what. I recommend looking at our selection of Andersen brand operators here.
