Hello - this door was installed by prior owner - cannot find any sort of Andersen ID. Internal part of lock set is bad so door handle hangs low, and therefore the door wont fully close/stay closed without locking it. I assume the internal mechanism is worn down and needs to be replaced. I also recently replaced the door handle and the stem seems to be about 1/4" too long.
I have more pictures I can share if need be.

Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement parts for the French door hardware shown in your photos. If you're confident that the door was made by Andersen, I would recommend reaching out to them directly to discuss your replacement options.
