Hey, thanks for posting. I think we can help. For the thumb lever and lock, see our 82-043 and 82-037, respectively. Just make sure their dimensions match your setup. As for the casement lock, it's a little harder to tell but start by examining our 39-291 lever and 38-285 bezel. Could this hardware work for you? If not, please send us some more pictures of your existing casement window locks.
