Andersen Sash Balance 11600-17

Hi
I need to buy a replacement balance for my Andersen double hung windows. The number on the old balance is 11600-17, and the number on the tab is 827 and BK 59 7 92. I have read some old discussions here, but I am still not sure which replacement part I should order.
