I need a sash balance replacement for an Andersen double hung window both upper and lower sash ar 20.5 inches wide and 16 inches high. both are double glass. The part number on the existing sash balance is 11600-17 J40 519 12-87 Attached are some photographs. Which replace part is the correct one? Philip
