Andersen Sash Balance

Question

I am in need of a new sash balance for an Andersen window. I removed the top jamb and was able to take pictures of the sash balance. I am wondering if the product with the Product Code: 24-1033, will work for a replacement part, since the last 4 digits of one of the numbers on the balance are 10-31. I have attached pictures of the numbers on the current balance.

Thanks for posting in our discussion boards! Actually, I can see on your picture that your sash balance has the numbers 7#27 printed on its casing. This would indicate that you would need our 24-737. Please take a look and see what you think.
