Thanks for your inquiry. With your Andersen sash balance stamped with "12#27", our 24-1231 can be used in its place. This piece can be used in both the left and right side of the window. Take a look and let us knwo if any other questions come up.

Hi I'm trying to identify which Andersen sash balances I need to order from your website. I need a left and a right version. Below are the markings on the old balances I removed. Appreciate the help.
