Andersen Sash Balance

Could you please advise as to the replacement part for the attached photo? This sash balance was removed from an Andersen Narroline Double Hung sash window. The top part of the sash casing was numbered 11600-2 and the bottom part is shown in the attached picture. The number reads D96 7#27 7 79

Also thank Mike for the removal video as it was very useful in removing the sash balances.
