Andersen Sash Balance

Question

I just bought an older house and need to replace two broken balances. The numbers on them are: 1.) D12 7427 (or 7#27) 5 84 and 2.) P69 12L 6 84 What replacement balances do I need?

Hello! For the balance marked "7#27," we recommend our 24-737. As for the 12L, you want the 24-13L. The stamp is different but ours is just a more modern version. We also sell the 24-13R for the opposite side of that same window, since they come in Left and Right.
