Andersen Sash Balance

Question

I have an awkward installation that will require quite a bit a carpentry work to remove the headliner portion of the window. I am hoping you will be able to identify the required part from information found on the window.
Etched in the glass: NFRC 004/005 High Performance (Horizontal)
IGCC R CBA IGMAC CIG - 2.7 3-02 (Vertical)
(The 'R' is the registered trademark symbol)

The exposed glass in the sash measures 28 3/8 (W) X 20 (H)

I'm afraid I cannot identify what you have based on the information etched on the glass. Based on the glass size, it may be 24-737, but I cannot guarantee this. It is an educated guess at best. The only way to be sure is to see the stamps printed on the balance box itself.
