hi, I'm trying to replace sash balance for Andersen window. the box has the numbers 11600-17 imprinted on it and 623 imprinting on the edge.
also I have an adjacent window the same size which needs the balance replaced.could I assume it would need the same part? or should I pull those boxes first.

Thanks for posting. See our 24-637. This is meant to replace Andersen balances with the stamp '623'. As for your other window, personally we'd advise taking out the balance box and checking the stamps to be safe. While it could indeed be the same balance, when it comes to Andersen sash boxes it's always hard to say for sure, and thus we usually recommend checking just to be safe.
