Andersen Sash Balance Replacement

Question

Hello, my window balancers don't match your part numbers available. I have a few numbers on the weights, which are:

11600-2

and

J32 5#23 9-78

Any help and guidance would be very much appreciated.

Take a look at our 24-531. This balance is meant to replace old Andersen balances that include the stamp code '523', or 5#23. Let me know if you have any other questions.
