Hi, I need help determining what replacement sash balance is needed. The ones I am replacing are over 30 yrs old. Please refer to photos. Thank you

Thanks for posting. It's a bit tough to read the stamp, but I believe the middle clump of codes reads 5p23, or 5#23. You may want to check the other balance from the window to confirm. If that's indeed the case, see our 23-531. This is meant to replace Andersen balances that include the stamp 523, or 5p23 or 5#23.
