The number next to the staple appears to be L9-1327 or 1827.
This is the sash balance on the right side looking out. Would want to replace both L and R though.

Hi there, Bob. For your Andersen Narroline cottage window, you will need our 24-L9-1327 sash balance box and for the opposite side will be the 24-R13-927. Look over both parts and let us know if you have any further questions.
