Andersen Sash Balancer

I need to replace a pair of sash balancers on a window. The numbers on the balancer are 11600R-2 and 837K24 04 06. Would that make it a part number 837?

It's hard to tell. Could you show me a picture of the "837K24" number string? Sometimes seeing how the numbers are printed is just as important as the numbers themselves.
