Andersen Sash Balancer

Hi,
I have a post going but need additional information. I am replacing sash balancers in my Andersen windows. I ordered and installed incorrect 24-531 in my window which wouldn't remain in the open position. I was informed by your rep on line to get a 24-737 which I ordered. Order #972276. I checked my other window and the number on the balancer is D15 7/27 985 Which balancer do I need to order or will the 24-531 work? Thanks Carl

Hello Carl. For your stamped number of "D15 7/27 985" stamp on your Andersen balance box, you will also need our 24-737.
