Andersen Sash Balances

I have removed two sash balances numbered E90 9 27 5 80 and two sash balances numbered E92 9#27 4 80 and need to replace them but they are not listed in the sash balances you have available. All four measure 6 3/4" x 3" x 3/4". Could you please identify which of your sash balances will work with my dimensions. If you can't help me, would you be able to direct me to someone who can please? Thank you for your help.
