Andersen Sash Balances K1 8#23 7-87

Question

I have Anderson double hung windows. I need to replace a sash balance. The lower pane glass measures about 32 1/2 by 20 /12 inches. The significant numbers that I can find are 11600-3 on the top side and 11600-17 on the bottom (as it is screwed into the window). The numbers in the corner are much less easy to see because they were not stamped well, but I think they are K1 8#23 7-87. The 3 in that set may be a 5.

Thanks for contacting us. Please take a look at our 24-837 Andersen sash balance which can replace balance boxes with the stamp 8#23.
