I believe our 24-431 is a match for what you have. This can replace all Andersen sash balances stamped with "4 19." I suspect that "A" marking is a different size or has a different kind of lettering than the numbers around it. Am I correct? If so, you can ignore it and just regard the "4 19."

I am not sure the A is an A and not a # sign or something else.
I will order the 24-431's
Thanks

Good advice! It worked and I am done.
Warning to old Andersen window owners: I had to cut in half the bottom left guide to re-install it. I used a narrow kerfed saw and filed off any rough sawn plastic. I added three small crews that sank into the grooved wood sash
.
Works like a charm.
Thanks!
