Can you tell me which sash balance replaces this one?

I sure can. I would recommend our 24-939, based on your stamp of "9#27."

I need to replace both sash balances. Can you assist me on the right ones to fit my window? The old ballance has the number 5#27. Thank you,Marty Lombardo
