Andersen Sash balancer replacement

Question

Hi I'm trying to to find a replacement for an Anderson Sash Balancer. I see two different numbers on the balancer. One side says J86 5#23 383. The other side says 11600-2. Thanks!

Thanks for posting. See the 24-531. This can replace Andersen balances with the stamp 5#23, or 523.
