Bottom rollers from an Anderson sliding patio screen door, circa 1995. When installed, the adjustment screw is accessible through a hole in the side of the door frame. Wheel is plastic.

Take a look at our 84-070 Andersen Screen Roller to start. This looks very similar, but go over all the dimensions and see if it matches your old hardware.
