Need 4 replacement spiral balances for above named product. Windows were installed in July 2004. Metal frames. Balance tube is white pvc, 34.5 inches in length, 3/8 inches across.
Only sticker I see on window contains the following information:
Series: 100 SH/DW(716/717)
Type: Single Hung
Andersen/ Series: 100 spiral balance

Thanks for posting! It looks like this is for a tilt window. Can you confirm? Can you also confirm that your 3/8" diameter is for the white outer tube? If so, I think our S900-35 would be a good option for you.
