Question

Mysteriously enough, the hardware piece that allows the claws of the door to catch onto to place to lock it disappeared. Can you provide me with this part?

Your mortise lock resembles our 82-238, which is compatible with the 89-030 and 89-036 strikers. Take a look and see if one of these replacements could work for your door. Thanks for posting!
