Andersen Sliding Glass Door

Question

The latch on my Andersen sliding glass door is not working and I need to replace it. For some reason the latch will not move when I turn the handle.  I estimate the door is about 25 years old. Any assistance would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Welcome to SWISCO. For your latch, have a look at our 82-043. This can be used with the 82-037 deadlock assembly. Look both parts over and let us know what you think.
