Andersen Window Balance

Question

Looking to replace the balance on an Andersen Window installed around 1985 roughly 36 X 32" bottom glass pane. Assume its a Narroline 200 series as windows do not tilt for easy cleaning. Which replacement balance parts do I need?

Thanks for your question. With your Andersen sash balance box stamped "1227", our 24-1231 should work well in its place. Look it over and let us know if you have any other questions.
