I need to replace them

1 window is approximately 24 by 37 in the other window is approximately 32 x 45 in. Can you tell me which items I need from that information.? I'd hate to have to rip the windows apart, find the part number, then put the windows back together while I'm waiting for the parts. Let me know thanks.

There are two ways to identify the part. If you provide us the glass dimensions (just the part that shows through) and the kind/thickness of glass in the window, we can look up the balances in our research materials.

Otherwise, you'd need to remove the jambs and take a look at the balance, which shouldn't be too hard. It's intimidating (and you may need to be gentle if the parts are old) but the Andersen top "header" and side jambs just pop out once the window is removed.

The small window is 15 and 3/4 inches high and 20 and 1/2 inch wide.

The glass in a larger window is 19 and 3/4 inches high and 28 and a 1/2 in wide. Let me know if you have any other questions

Thanks for the dimensions. For your 20.5" x 15.75" sash glass, use 24-531. For the 28.5" x 19.75" sash glass, use 24-737.
