Andersen Window Balance Part #11600-17

Thanks for your post! The part number you've provided is the patent number for Andersen sash balances. All of these balances have some variation of that stamp. 

You'll need to search for any other stamps/markings, on both sides of the balance, that might indicate the replacement. If you are not sure of which ones I'll need, please send photos of the stamps on the balances and I'll be happy to decipher them.

These photos only show the patent number stamp clearly. There does appear to be one of the lip of the balance but it is hard to read. Are you able to see it? If so, please type out what it says.

As mentioned, there are likely to be stamps on both sides of the balance, so you'll need to check the other side as well.

Thanks for confirming! The replacement you'll need is the 24-1231 Andersen Sash Balance. It can be used for both right and left handed applications.
