Andersen Window Balance Replacement

As you can see from the pictures, the string broke on one of my window balancers. Can you sell me the replacement part? Is this enough information or can you help me determine how to give you more information?

Hello and thanks for contacting SWISCO. To be able to help, you will need to remove the balance box and show us a photo of the stamps printed on it. This is the only reliable way to determine which Andersen balance you need. Below is a video detailing how to remove your Andersen balance from the window.

OK I think I'll wait until the Spring and then I will follow the instructions in the video to reveal the part number. Once I have that I'll order one from your web site. Thanks for the response. :)
