Andersen Window Balancer

Question

We have an Andersen Window with a balancer with the following numbers on it. Can you tell me which balancer I need to order from you? I will want to replace them as a set, left and right.

Thanks for posting. I recommend that you look at our 24-939. This can replace Andersen balance boxes with the stamp 9#31 and will work for both sides.
