Andersen Window Crank replacement

Andersen window crank on arm there is the writing: "CW35, 4.5, 6 split. Installed around 1985. needs full replacement. I cannot see any other markings on the unit. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for posting! I am confident that we can supply you with the replacement casement operator you'll need, however I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator to confirm.

I am specifically looking to see a photo of the body of the operator as well as a photo of the arm(s) and how the operator attaches to the bottom of the window.

Thanks for the photos. Your operator looks like it could be the 39-146 and its opposite handed version part 39-147. Carefully review and compare the dimensions to your existing operator to determine if this is the correct replacement. The compatible crank handle is part 39-286.
