Andersen Window Sash Balance

Question

Trying to replace this part. These sash balances do not have the fastener flanges at the ends which are shown on R13-927, but have two holes through the body of the balance.

Thanks for posting. I agree, our 24-R13-927 looks like a good match. The opposite side would be our 24-L9-1327. If your balance does not have that tab, you will need to dremel out space for it. They don't make Andersen boxes without these tabs anymore.
