Andersen Window Sash Balances Replacements

Face plate reads
6231 along the short side of the balance
Other numbers include 1089, and 11600-17

I do not see a sample sash balance on your web page. Do you have replacements for it?
Windows were installed in 1990.

Based on the information you've provided, you may be looking for the 24-637 Andersen sash balance. To confirm, we'd like to see a photo of the "6231" stamp on your balance housing. Thank you.

I am away all week, unfortunately. Please be patient and I will re-open the casing to take a photo. Actually, I did notice, in looking at two other that need repair, that an additional code is on the screw flange. I will look for that as well.

I am attaching three photos, and will need a pair of each style.
One is very faded and seems just to be a bad "stamping" job.

Thanks for getting back to us. Your stamp does indicate that the 24-637 would be the correct replacement for your Andersen balance assembly. Thanks for posting.
