We have Andersen windows - the tilt-wash (release) option is part of the lock (twist to the right). Do you have this style of window lock in stock (or a potential replacement)? Thank you for your help.

Hello,
We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need you to write out the exact distance between the center of the installation holes in your lock since it's tough to get accurate dimensions from photos. Thank you!

Hi Casey,
Thank you for your response. It appears the distance between the installation holes is 2 3/8" I attached a photo that may show the latch a bit better. I would appreciate any help with this..

Thanks for getting back to us. We are still researching this for you. There may be a part number somewhere on the base plate of the lock or a description, which could help us identify this for you.

Good Morning,
No part or other numbers unfortunately . We have 3 windows with this latch - two are broken. I can send additional photos if you think that would be helpful.
Thank you Casey?

Unfortunately, we won't be able to supply a replacement for your lock without the additional part number. I would recommend checking to see if there is a metal plate for your lock still stuck in the window.
