Andersen Window balances

Question

The numbers on the existing balances are
11600-3 and 11600-17 can this be crossed to new numbers? After looking at them closer
The one marked 11600-17 Also has F6 or FG 9#27 10
Then one marked 11600-3 Has C13 6#23 E81

Judging from the markings (9#27 and 6#23) on the two balances, we can identify replacements. It sounds like you need our 24-939 for the balance that you referred to as "11600-17". (These codes don't necessarily identify the type of balance, because the same code may appear on multiple different types of balances. However, we will use these numbers to distinguish between your two balances today, because they coincidentally are not marked with the same code.) For the balance marked "11600-3" you will need our 24-637. Let us know if you believe that will work.
