Andersen Window balances C45 6#31 12 78

I would like to know how to cross-reference model numbers for window balances. I have several different sizes of windows that need replacement balances. I removed the first one and checked the numbers against what you show on this site, and none of the numbers are close. As you can see, the numbers are 11600-2 on top, and C45 6#31 12 78 on bottom. The size of the double hung window I removed it from is 24 1/2" x 22" glass on both the top and bottom. Is this the info you need to identify the replacement part?
