Andersen Window crank F-9970A-8

A quick learner from St. Paul, MN says:
I am trying to locate an ANDERSON WINDOWS window crank
On the back of the operator, the number F-9970A-8 is stamped
On the back of the arm, the number 9958-1 is stamped
The arm measures 2 7/8" on center

Any ideas what will work?

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
You could have an older Andersen Renewal type operator. Take a look at our 39-099 for Awning windows and the 39-331 for casement windows. Could use one of these for your window? Either way, it will likely require some measure of adaptation, depending on what you're working with now. I'm also not sure what type of end you have on yours. The end piece in your photo is broken or missing, I think. Take note that if you do go with either of these newer operators you will most likely need the 39-362 adapter plate.
A quick learner from CO says:
I believe I have the same crank that you sough to replace. Can you tell m eif you found a suitable replacement anywhere?
