Andersen Windows Sash Balancer

Question

I need to replace sash balancer at Andersen window.
The part number on the old balancer is: Part No:11600-17 and 11600-3
The dimensions are: 6 3/4 x 3 x 3/4.
Could you let me know the replacement part number please?

Thanks for posting! The key stamp here is "9#31." With that in mind, I recommend our 24-939 Andersen sash balance.
