Andersen awning arm replacement

Hi,

I've been having a lot of trouble tracking down the right replacement part for my window. I called Andersen they said it could be Renewal by Andersen. I called them they told me to call you. I can't seem to find one where the the mounting holes line up. Not sure if that is even necessary. If you take a look at the photo maybe that would help.
