Andersen balance E589 27 6-78

Question

I need to replace an Andersen sash counterbalance. The current counterbalance installed has the following markings: E589 27 6-78 and 11600-2 Could you please tell me which current product is compatible for this window?

I'm not so sure about this one. I think the key numbers here are "9 27." Can you confirm? Are they perhaps displayed more prominently than other numbers? If so, I recommend our 24-939. This can replace Andersen balance boxes stamped with "9 27."
