Andersen balance box BJ19 5#19 7 87

Question

i have a doublehung window from 1987. i took balance box out of it...looking at the window from the inside the left hand balance box has the following numbers..BJ19 5#19  7 87.  IT ALSO HAS   11600-17. WHICH NUMBER DO I USE? ALSO THERE IS   A BALANCE BOX ON THE RIGHT SIDE AS WELL. I THOUGHT I SHOULD ORDER TWO BALANCE BOXES??...I ONLY TOOK ONE OUT FOR THE NUMBER. HOW DO I GO ABOUT GETTING THESE REPLACEMENT BOXES?
