Andersen balance identification

Question

I have an Andersen window and the sash balance needs to be replaced. I need to identify the parts I need. The marking on the window and the size is as shown below Can one tell the part needed from below or do I need to remove the existing balances as shown in the video.

I can make a guess based on the size of the visible glass, but this is not as reliable as knowing what is printed on the balance itself. See our 24-939, this may be what you have. Again, though, I cannot guarantee it.
