I would like the new part numbers for these so I can order some from you.

Your stamps are actually a little weird. Can you give me the height and width of the visible glass for the sash these balances support?

I have 2 broken that are 28.5 x 20
I have one broken at 36.5 x 20
And some more that are ok now but might need soon at
40.5 x 33

Hello, For your Andersen Narroline sash balances, we came up with these replacements:
28.5 wide X 20 high visible glass = 24-737
36.5 X 20 = 24-837
40.5 X 33 = 24-16L (left) and 24-16R (right)
