Andersen balance replacement

Question

I am having trouble identifying the replacement for my Andersen balance. I see either B1441336 or B1441335 stamped on the cartridge. The visible glass is 16" high and 20-1/4" wide. Which balance do I purchase.

Hello, we assume you have an Andersen Narrowline window that uses balances boxes in the top header. If so, from your visible glass dimensions, our 24-531 should work for you. Be sure to look it over to make sure you agree.
