Andersen balance replacement

I am looking for a replacement balance for this window. Which balance should I get? The numbers at the top of the photo are 11600-17, and at the bottom the numbers are P78 12R 1-86. Thanks. Alan

For your balance marked with "P78 12r 1-86" our 24-13R would be the replacement for the right side of the window and for the left side, our 24-13L is the correct one. Look over both sash balance boxes and let us know if you have any further questions.
