Andersen balance replacement

I have sash balances with 11600-17, S28 9 88, and 1031 markings. Is the 24-737 the correct replacement? Thanks

I don't believe so. I think the key marking here is 1031, which correspond to our 24-1033. Why do you believe it is the 24-737, out of curiosity?

I searched your discussions and found the 24-747 suggested to another customer. I'll update my order with the 24-1033.
